The Brief

What the space asked for

Boulevard’s F&B and retail outlets — the flagship at Marina Bay Financial Centre and the bar-restaurant at Millenia Walk — called for a modern, contemporary open space tailored to the office-worker and business crowd, with atmosphere that flatters the brand while standing up to the demands of a full service.

The Approach

The thinking, made material

At Millenia Walk the room captures the look and feel of a warehouse, combining inside and outside into one connected space: recycled timber, random sawn wall panelling and painted cement flooring sit under an exposed ceiling, anchored by a long timber bar and layered planting.

The Outcome

What the space became

A crafted, individual F&B destination that reads as premium yet runs with the efficiency a busy bar and restaurant depends on.

Design Notes

The brief, in full.

Two Boulevard outlets

The flagship at Marina Bay Financial Centre and the bar-restaurant at Millenia Walk (Raffles Boulevard) — commercial F&B and retail, taken through design and project management by the studio.

A warehouse, reimagined

Millenia Walk captures the look and feel of a warehouse — inside and outside combined into one connected space through recycled timber, random sawn wall panelling and painted cement flooring.

Built for throughput

A long timber bar, open sightlines and hard-wearing finishes keep the atmosphere warm while the room runs like clockwork through a full service.

The outcome

A crafted, individual F&B destination that reads as premium, yet operates with the efficiency a busy bar and restaurant depends on.
