Design Notes

The brief, in full.

Inspired by growth, connection & urban energy

Within the iconic, sustainability-led CapitaGreen, the design reflects the dynamic nature of modern business while encouraging collaboration, innovation and wellbeing — balancing professionalism with hospitality for a workplace that feels welcoming, energetic and future-ready.

Direction — contemporary corporate hospitality

Envisioned as a corporate-hospitality experience rather than a traditional office: employees, clients and visitors are met by an atmosphere closer to a modern business lounge than a conventional workplace.

Key elements

Open collaboration zones for spontaneous discussion; glass-enclosed meeting rooms for transparency with privacy; warm timber finishes that soften the corporate setting; brand-coloured accents that reinforce identity; and flexible settings for focus, meetings and social engagement.

The arrival experience

The reception is the heart of the experience — clean architectural lines, natural textures and integrated branding create a strong first impression of professionalism, confidence and innovation.

Collaboration & connectivity

Organised around connectivity and movement: open workstations, touchdown areas and collaborative hubs encourage communication, while glass meeting rooms let daylight flow for a bright, transparent, productive environment.

Workplace wellness

Inspired by CapitaGreen’s sustainable vision — biophilic touches, warm materials and generous daylight promote wellness and comfort, enhancing creativity and performance.
